Happy birthday to my blog, The Culturist turns 6 today.
I have not been very here for the past five months, ever since my father passed away. But I am slowly trying to get back to blogging regularly.
The 12th edition of Dubai International Film Festival starts today, so will be spending a lot of time in a dark room watching films till 16th December. Will report back here after the festival. I will be attending DIFF's gala opening tonight to watch Lenny Abrahamson's critically acclaimed film "Room", and will make sure to have some cake after watching it (there better be cake at the party after the screening).
I say this every year and will keep saying it. I am very thankful to all my readers, friends (old and new) who always encourage me to blog and to share my interests.
