For the love of Pixar
This zoetrope sculpture by Pixar is magical and beautiful. I wish I get a chance to see it in person. We're used to seeing hand drawn animation. According to this video, you can see the Pixar Zoetrope at Disney's California Adventure, Hong Kong Disneyland and The Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, Japan.
This leads me to a wonderful tribute to Pixar made by Leandro Copperfield (I posted his Kubrick vs Scrosese mashup a while ago). For The Beauty of Pixar, he spent 11 days watching all 11 Pixar films and selected 500 scenes to make this tribute.
